Our passion is to provide tools, skills and resources that empower each of us to embrace and thrive within our authentic Energy, and to create a vibrant, joy-filled life. Just like our motto says:  “Empowering you to create a vibrant life!”

Vibrant Expressions is owned and operated by Diana Gogan.  Diana is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Animal Reiki Practitioner, Coaching Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Dressing Your Truth® Consultant.  

Diana believes in empowering the person. She believes that when we as individuals honor and support our true selves we become empowered to create lives, families, and communities that thrive. Through her company, Vibrant Expressions, she works every day with people to become aware of and understand the Energy that runs through them and around them. How to embrace who they are, release that which no longer serves them, and envision and create the dreams that lie within.

Within each of us lies our true source of power, the life force Energy that creates our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realities. The ultimate goal is empowering each of us to create vibrant, joy-filled lives. Everything that Diana uses in her practice she teaches, so that each client has the tools and resources available in their life every day.

In her Reiki practice, Diana’s clients become aware of and feel (often for the first time) their own personal Energy fields. Learning to sense and use this Energy is life-changing and opens opportunities to change or strengthen how their Energy flows in and around them. Her practice is not limited to people, as she works with animals as well, who are often our greatest teachers.

She believes that Energy Profiling® and Dressing Your Truth® are very significant, yet simple, systems that provide a language to describe the Energy from which we are created and from which we create. It helps us understand at the most personal level who we are and to embrace the truth that frees us, empowering us to honor and be who we are. To proudly and confidently stand in our truth and create a presence of harmony within us and around us is a remarkable gift to self.

Diana is a leader in her community hosting several Reiki community meetings each month for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. She is the Area Coordinator for The Heart Link Network, a women’s business networking group, and currently serves on the Executive Board for Dressing Your Truth® consultants. She and her husband also supports the Adopt-A-Native-Elder program which supports Navajo Elders living a traditional lifestyle.
